Multiple WIKI's on a single Ubuntu server

I am running a wiki on Ubuntu server with Bitnami MediaWiki 1.32.0-0 from the AWS Marketplace. Is it possible or a simple task to modify this service to run multiple wiki sites on the same server. I've spent a few hours looking through the configuration of the apps and stack, and on first pass it doesn't seem that easy. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Many Thanks
