This is not something we support. You can try to install Moodle yourself from the official site, following this guide to add the required configuration to Apache: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/moodle/administration/create-custom-application-php/
Another possibility (which I'm not sure if it will work) could be to copy your Moodle directory and add a new application following the previous guide, but note that you will need to update all the configuration files.
In any case, you will need to create the new database yourself.
If what you want is an environment where you can test your changes before landing them into production, what I would recommend is to create a new instance dedicated to that end.
