Hi @cj.boat, unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce this issue by ourselves with a clean install.
However, we were able to force this issue to appear. Apparently this happens when Issues don't have a status set properly (i.e. the value does not exist).
You can try to find the problematic issue via a MySQL command. Find how to access the MySQL console here: https://docs.bitnami.com/installer/apps/redmine/get-started/connect-mysql/
SELECT id, tracker_id, subject, status_id FROM issues WHERE status_id NOT IN (SELECT id FROM issue_statuses) LIMIT 10;
Any listed entries DO NOT have a proper status value. You can find the valid status values via this command:
SELECT * FROM issue_statuses;
I.e. if an issue's "status_id" is 10 but you only have statuses 1 to 6, then that needs to be fixed.
If you're unable to solve this on your side, please show us the values of both commands. Feel free to hide the subject of the issues if you prefer.
