Moddle upgrade and maintenance mode

Hello, I have two issues. I've tried to follow the upgrade guide here - https://docs.bitnami.com/google/apps/moodle/administration/upgrade/ using approach A. The download link gives a HTTP 404 error.
Secondly I am unable to reach my site since putting it into maintenance mode. How do I bring it back out of maintenance mode if I am unable to reach the site?

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
