Keywords: WordPress Multisite - AWS - Technical issue - Secure Connections (SSL/HTTPS)Description: I installed a lets encrypt certificate on my WP multisite install. When I visit the site settings for this particular site it shows the URL as http://mysite.com but is greyed out and I'm unable to update it to https://mysite.com
Is there a simple way to update my wp-config file perhaps and get everything coming over https?
You can force HTTPS in the configuration by following this guide
If you have a mixed content error, that means that there are http links when using https. You just need to take a look at the source code of your website and look for those http links (probably images, or links you included in your posts). Once you do that, your site will be fully secure.
I know it's due to the Site Address (URL) setting in info tab for this site.
It shows the non http version of the domain. How can I update the the address to include https? Is in the wp-config file or in the database?
If you are using a regular WordPress installation, please follow this guide (you need to edit the wp-config.php file)
If your site is a Multisite one, we have this guide to configure the app
