/installdir/apps/mautic/conf/httpd-vhosts.conf you have an example configuration that you can enable by modifying
/installdir/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami-apps-vhosts.conf (uncomment the line that includes the httpd-vhosts.conf). In
/installdir/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami-apps-vhosts.conf you should comment out the line that includes mautic's
After that, restart Apache:
Could you please restart Apache?
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
This should help you to have mautic as a virtual host.
