I was unable to reproduce it on a new installation on LINUX. As you can see on this screenshot, I had no graphs before installing the plugin:
Then, I install the plugin and the graph tabs appeared and worked as expected:
I found the error below on your log file:

So, I installed the stack on Windows and I could reproduce the issue. It seems there's a missing php module that it's required: fileinfo.
You can check by your own by running the command below on a Windows terminal. In order to open the terminal you can simple double-click on the use_mantis executable you'll find on the stack installation directory.
php -m | grep fileinfo
I just opened a task to fix this issue. Thanks for reporting it. We have included it in our backlog. As the impact of the issue is moderate, there are no immediate plans to work on it. Nevertheless, it will be considered for future application versions.
In the meantime, you can use this workaround:
- Edit the php.ini file, you can find it at C:\path-to-mantis-installation-directory\php\php.ini and modify the line below:
So it looks like (I just removed the ;):
Then, restart the services using the Manager.
Finally, uninstall and install again the plugin. The graphs should work.
We will update this thread as soon as we have more news.
