Mantis is not able to send email. I am using AWS Simple Email Service and Mantis Certified By Bitnami, version 2.12.0.
I have another application that is able to send email through the AWS service, so I know the AWS service works, but Mantis can't send email.

I tried the SMTP debugging script, and this is the output I see...
Using SMTP credentials:
- SMTP Host: "email-smtp.us-west-2.amazonaws.com"
- SMTP Port: 465
- SMTP User: "myuser"
- SMTP Password: "mypass"
- Mail Recipient: "firstname.lastname@example.org"
