bndiagnostic failure reason: The suggested guides are not related with my issue

Description:
When I try to uninstall magento 2 module using magento-cli, I get the following error “Warning from repo.magento.com: You haven’t provided your Magento authentication keys.”
(1) I add authentication key when I install some module but I think it is not saved.
(2) Which authentication key use when the instance first launched. Bitnami key or my Magento key? Because, I have not run setup command. I just use instance that already installed magento.
Please help me guide to fix authentication key issue and uninstall module properly.

We do not configure any Magento key during the initialization as those keys need to be configured by the user once the instance is launched.

That’s a specific issue of the application so we suggest you ask in the official forums of the application to get more information about that. The app’s documentation should also describe how to achieve what you want to, so please take a look at it too.

However, we will also keep this ticket open in this forum in case any Bitnami user configured the Magento’s key recently.

Note: If the Magento team asks you to un the magento CLI, please use the magento-cli wrapper we include to not to break the permissions configuration of the solution.

Thanks
