Magento admin not reachable after ip change in azure

We assume you are using Bitnami to deploy your application.

Which version of the application are you using?:
Magento 2.2.5
Please choose how you got the application: Installer (Windows, Linux, macOS), cloud image (AWS, GCE, Azure, ...) or VM (VMDK, VBOX):
azure
Have you installed any plugin or modified any configuration file?:
venustheme and a marketplace plugin is installed, was working perfect with these installed
Describe here your question/suggestion/issue (expected and actual results):
the ip was set to dynamic in azure and it was change to static . in order to prevent any ip changes , during this process azure changes the ip. we proceed and change the ip in the domain register as usual with the new ip , and waited 24h , and we still can get into the admin , we can see the website ddspier.com but unable to access /admin from the domain or ip . we wen into the phpmyadmin and change the config to point to the domain instead of the ips, and no luck , we once again change the confing to point to the ips and no luck. same issue we can see the front store but not access the admin backend

I found these error lines when checking your logs and I think they are the cause of error when accessing /admin.

i have increased the memory limit in both files as shown in https://docs.bitnami.com/installer/components/php-fpm/#how-to-configure-php-fpm-options , but still the same issue , the backend is not rendering .

i been digging into the issue and found out , that theres must be another place where magento takes the base_url from , after each vm restart the db resets to the ip , that will give me a blank page in the frontstore as well as the backend , when i change it to the domain, i get the front store back with lots of errors on the console , and a blank backend. i flush varnish and disable it and same issue , enable varnish and same issue , i get a 503 error if i disable cache form the magento cli.

any ideas?

Hi,

Just for confirming, could you try executing this command?

sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/bnconfig --machine_hostname PUT_YOUR_NEW_IP_HERE

i did , once with the ip and it does the same as before, i try running it with the domain name is doing its thing on restart ir changes the db with what value you set it to , but still no backend

also i see that am unable to remove the content of the cache folder via terminal

sudo rm -rf does not works , i can go back into the directory and ls and get the same files

to my understanding i need to get rid of some cache thats preventing the backend from caching a new instance with the the ip or hostname

all i get are vague answers , not worth the downtime i get using your products , would have to move and discard all bitnami products .
