When will Bitnami release Magento 2.4 stack with Mysql 8?

Magento 2.4 system requirements states that supported db is "MySQL 8.0 for on-premise installations"

Hi @pecca_hoc,

It's not on our roadmap for the near future to support MySQL 8.

Hmm... why is that? You used to have MySql 8 in the magento stack for a while. Did you have some problems with it?
I'm asking because I have a system running your stack with MySQL 8 and now I need to upgrade to M2.4.x. So I need to make stack upgrade also. Do you know if it is possible to revert from MySQL 8 to 5.7 with Magento schema?

Unfortunately it's not supported to update or revert component versions.
