Apparently there is a problem with the cache. In the meantime, please use this workaround:
These are the steps I followed in order to install a extension:
I increased the Memory Limit in
/opt/bitnami/apps/magento/conf/php-fpm/php-settings.conf editing the line:
with the value:
Install the extension using the Component Manager:
- No problems found at Readiness Check.
- Then I create a Backup.
- After that, I installed the extension and Magento stopped working.
Finally, fix the problem with the Cache, executing:
sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/bnconfig --regenerateKeys 1
Note: if you are using a Native Installer you have to substitue /opt/bitnami/ with the path to your Magento installation (/home/USER/magento/ for example).
Now you should be able to access your Magento and the extension should be installed.
I hope this information is useful for you. If you have any other question, please do not hesitate to let us know.
