Our documentation page of Magento refers to Magento 2.x as it's the stable one that is released in bitnami.com.
In case you want to know how to configure the application, I suggest you check the official documentation of it.
but I would like to get documentation for 1.9 version with ubuntu. Because they are differente. This 1.9 does not have ssh out of the box and apache is not visible on lan ip.
Regarding the SSH configuration, we have this section in our documentation that explains how to enable it.
Regarding the Apache issue, have you configure the network settings in Virtual Box?
