I recently migrated my wordpress website to lightsail. For the first few weeks it was working fine but it went down abruptly yesterday.
When I checked in the morning today, apache and sql were running but the site wasn't accessible, it was giving a time-out error. I checked using df -h and free -m commands and it did not show any noticeable red flags.
I then checked the error log and around the time the site went down, it showed the following error.
[Wed Nov 18 16:24:59.062723 2020] [core:notice] [pid 16131:tid 140130259330368] AH00052: child pid 3
1651 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
I also noticed that the Brute Force Login Protection plugin -Loginizer - has blocked around over 400 login attempts in the last 24 hours.
How can I find out what caused the issue and what steps can I take to ensure that it doesn't happen again?
I'd appreciate your help.
For reference, I'm adding some additional information.
