Description:
Hi,
I’m getting this error. After rebooting it starts ok. Can you suggest something to avoid it?

[Wed Jun 02 20:33:22.477608 2021] [mpm_event:error] [pid 8742:tid 139781533902592] AH00484: server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting, consider raising the MaxRequestWorkers setting

It seems that issue is related to php-fpm

Whenever Apache is down, I’m able to recover using:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart php-fpm

Hello @delarocha,

It looks like your instance has little available RAM memory, which should be causing the other issues:

-----------------------------------
Display amount of free and used memory in the system
-----------------------------------
Running: free -m
In: /opt/bitnami

Output:

total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 990 561 75 134 353 104
Swap: 1658 69 1588

You could try to increase your instance’s memory. Please check our documentation on it for AWS: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/administration/change-server-type/
