LetsEncrypt Error while trying to create SSL Certificate

I'm getting this error while using bncert-tool to create ssl certificate for a wordpress multisite, I don't really understand the reason:

An error occurred creating certificates with Let's Encrypt:

error: one or more domains had a problem:

and Update on this! I think the problem it's because of Cloudflare, now my question is, there's a way to solve this? now the sites is https but it says is not fully secure. Do I need to remove Cloudflare? If so there's a way to compensate what coludflare does?

thanks for using Bitnami. I access your WordPress it seems to work and the certificate is valid. Has the problem been solved?

It seems to be solved now, after a few hours it was showing me the Certificate was valid.
