Hi

I followed the procedure below for my client but Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate is not renewed regularly.

This is the ID of the bnsupport-tool.

I didn't do anything after the certificate has been expired.
Could you consider what is the cause and how should I have done?

Hi @yuta.nanjo,

I see you configured the certificate renewal in your crontab, but it is redirecting all the output to /dev/null, so you can't get any information about why did the renewal attempts fail. You will need to request a new certificate for your website. Can you follow the alternative guide again? Only the generate process, as the rest should be fine

Hi.
I can't resolve it..
There is a problem at step 3 on this article below before the renewal process.

If I put '
sudo mv /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/server.csr. /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/server.csr.old', 'mv: cannot stat '/opt/bitnami/nginx/conf/server.csr': No such file or directory' will appear.

And later actions will not work.

Could you help me?

We found that I mistook using 'apache2' instead of 'nginx'.
And the all steps has done now.

And we set the output process of log.

So, we can find it works or not.

Thanks for the info. You can disregard the step regarding renaming the server.csr file if not included in your installation (it is not included in our default configuration). Can you tell us if you managed to fix your issue?
