Describe here your question/suggestion/issue (expected and actual results):
I have just managed to put Let's encrypt on one domain (aws lamp stack) it was very easy and thank you for the automated script in the Bitnami stack.
Question: I have a multi-site setup, is it possible to automate multiple certs so that for example
certificate no.1 would contain domains: example1.com and example2.com
and certificate no.2 would contain domains: example3.com and example4.com
Both of these certs would be renewed in separate cron jobs?
I know, I could just put all the four certs into one cert (SAN). I guess it would then
modify the server virtual hosts file.
But the reason why I would like to have 2 different certs, is that
nobody (incl. search engines) could not detect that example1.com and example3.com may have same owner.
