I'm completely confused now.
1) I was sure how I was clear that I'm using Let's Encrypt, what somehow should (I admit, not 100% clearly) to imply that I'm using Bitnami HTTPS Configuration Tool. So, if I'm not wrong, your reply should be solved by tool (or not?).
2) I also was sure how I was clear about what I ask. Specifically as I wrote what file and where I think that it should to be changed. However, it is not relevant as I asked about WordPress 'Site Health' feature and its complaint about HTTPS. I don`t think how it is unknown how all sites set by Bitnami by default are HTTP and that obviously cause the WordPress 'Site Health' complaint.
In other words, I believe that it is the part of necessary fix by Bitnami in its own Bitnami HTTPS Configuration Tool. So, as tool include HTTPS redirection force, it also should to include default site state (to be HTTPS and not HTTP), as that is the part of WordPress 'Site Health' state. Basically, now Bitnami HTTPS Configuration Tool launch 'unhealthy' sites.
