I`m using Wordpress Bitnami Stack running in Microsoft Azure.
OS: Ubuntu 16.4

Is it possible to allow multiple Wordpress Sites on a single Wordpress-Bitnami Stack instance in Microsoft Azure?

If you need to run multiple sites, maybe it worth it to take a look at wordpress multisite.

I`m already using Bitnami wordpress. How to know if the image supports wordpress multisite?

The cloud image doesn't have multisite enabled by default, but could you check this:
