I' m trying to install wampstack on my windows 7, specifically using file wampstack-5.6.30-1. While both apache and Mysql servers are up, php isn't working. Copying phpinfo.php script to apche2\htdocs and going to http://localhost/phpinfo.php doesn't show any output. Also bin of php directory is empty. The php.exe and many other exe files are lying in root of php directory and not bin.
Could you please check if the firewall is disabled?
Could you provide us with the following log files?
Best regards,Silvio Fernández
Yes, the firewall is enabled.
The logs are here.error log http://pastebin.com/H341Z070

Try to test it disabling the firewall. Your logs seem all fine.
Hi,I tried that. I continue to get 404 Not Found. The requested URL /phpinfo.php was not found on this server.
I re-checked. Since the ruby stack also started up in automatic mode. I set to manual both ruby and wamp stacks. Stooped both and only re-started wamp servers. Firewall is disabled. Even I have disabled anti-virus. Although I still don't get php info page, I am getting this:
This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.Search Google for localhost phpinfoERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

There is nothing weird in our logs. What symptoms are you suffering? In fact they seem that it works correctly according to your access and error_log.
Could you please try this and let us know our output? https://docs.bitnami.com/installer/infrastructure/lamp/#how-can-i-check-the-php-configuration-with-phpinfo
Hi,That's what I did earlier and now again. The output is on Chrome is:
If it is a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED then it is highly likely that Apache is not running. Does the Wampstack control panel show a green light for the Apache service? Maybe, as you installed two stacks, Apache is running in a different port, could you try accessing localhost:8080?
Hope it helps.
Javier J. Salmerón
Thanks Javier and Silvio.
Apache had been configured to 8081, since rubystack had got configured to 8080. And it was showing green light anyway. Since both are manual start, I changed wampstack to 8080 and restarted. The phpinfo page is displaying now.
We are glad that you were able to fix the issue. If you have any other question, please don’t hesitate to ask.
