I'm sorry to hear that you are running into issues with our Odoo solution. In order to know more about it, could you please share the installer's log that you will find inside the %TEMP% folder of your server? You will find a bitrock_installer_XXXX.log file inside that folder unless you restarted the server. That folder is a temporary one and it's removed every time you stop or reboot the machine.
Apart from that information, could you please let us know if you installed any Python version in your machine? You can access the list of programs that are installed in the machine and look for Python there. In case it's there, could you please let us know its version?
