Impossible to see my images

Hello,

I installed Prestashop on GCP. I wanted to import my logo all my catalog products, but impossible to see my images. I regenerated all my images. I always have this type of error on the homepage http://URL/img/xprestashop-logo-1571264958.jpg.pagespeed.ic.JsJk10ZwQf.webp 403 (Forbidden)

and on a product sheet:
GET http://URL/img/xprestashop-logo-1571264958.jpg.pagespeed.ic.JsJk10ZwQf.webp 403 (Forbidden)
134-irina.html: 2755

Has anyone ever encountered such errors?

Best regards
Nicolas

Hi @nico.z,

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Hi @nico.z,

I found many Pagespeed errors in the Apache’s log.

[Mon Oct 21 10:15:06.647113 2019] [authz_core:error] [pid 16658:tid 140234029229824] [client 90.3.245.16:55117] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: uri /img/xprestashop-logo-1571264958.jpg.pagespeed.ic.JsJk10ZwQf.webp, referer: http://34.76.137.26/chemises-chemisiers/131-saturnia.html

There should be a conflict between the Prestashop’s theme/plugins you are using and that component. Can you try to disable it?

https://docs.bitnami.com/google/apps/prestashop/administration/use-pagespeed/#disable-pagespeed

Let us know if that solves the issues.

Happy to help!

Hi @jota,

Thx for your help.
I just disabled the Pagespeed module by following your tutorial.
I don’t have any problem with the logo anymore. By cons, I still do not see the images of my products. For the theme, I use the native prestashop theme.
Do I have to restart the bitnami support tool?
Best regards,
Nicolas

Yes please @nico.z,

Run the Bitnami Support tool again so we review the new information in the configuration and logs.

Thanks

Hi @jota,

Please find my new code ID : 9edca48a-188b-4f54-fce8-cf706667d47d

I regenerated all the miniatures, but still no picture of my products.

Hi,

Could you let us know the errors you see in the chrome console when accessing the page? It would give us some clues about the issue.

Best regards,

I @jsalmeron,

Since I disabled the pagespeed module, I have no more errors that appear in the chrome web browser console.

No more problem with the visibility of the logo. By cons, I still do not see the pictures of my products both front office and back office.
I did the regeneration of the minions. All sizes appear in the subfolders img / p / …
I also have the impression that the ID of my products correlates well with the ID of the produced images.

Best regards,
Nicolas

Hi,

This is strange. If there were an issue with Apache, then it should try to fetch an image that does not exist. Do you see if, in the HTML, there are img sections with a link to the expected images?

Hi @jsalmeron,

Thank you again for your return.

If I go on the product page having for ID 40, in the HTML code I have this
img src = “http://mydomain/img/p/en-default-large_default.jpg

I think that normally, I should have this
img src = “http://mydomain/img/p/2/8/1/281-large_default.jpg

However, in my ps_image table, image 281 is well associated with the product ID.
image
In the directory img / p / 2/8/1 the image 281 is well adapted in 281-cart_default, 281-home_default, 281-large_default, 281-medium_default, 281-small_default.

Best regards,
Nicolas

Hi,

And what do you get when, in your browser, you try accessing http://mydomain/img/p/en-default-large_default.jpg?

Hi @jsalmeron,

Thx Again for your return.

When I try to access at this address, mydomain/img/p/en-default-large_default.jpg, i have a 404 error : " The page you are looking for was not found."
But I think it may be due to the fact that my site is only in French because the image en-default-large_default.jpg don’ exist. Unlike fr-default-large_default which it’s present in the directory P. And with this URL I have a return mydomain/img/p/fr-default-large_default.jpg. It works.

Best regards,
Nicolas

Hi,

Then, from what I see, it seems that the issue is related to the site configuration, not the server configuration itself, right? Are all the missing images with the same en reference?

Best regards,

Javier J. Salmerón

Hi @jsalmeron

The missing images are those of all my products, all.
I have removed all the thumbnails and restarted the regeneration of them. In the directories I only had the source image left, and after the regeneration I got all the thumbnails.

But still the same result, no picture of my products is visible both front office and back office.

Best regards,
Nicolas

Hi,

But let me see if I get this straight. All the missing links contain the en reference? For some reason it creates the fr version but still references the en one.

Best regards,

Javier J. Salmerón
