I need to deploy a project that requires PHP 7.2 to works . I would like to know how to find an image to install LAMP with 7.2 using Google Cloud, AWS Lightsail or DigitalOcean. Best Regards

We can provide you with the download link for the old installer including the latest published version with PHP 7.2. You can then install it on your own server to run your application.
