In following the directions of my ssl provider I need to copy my .crt file to /etc/ssl. I am using Putty and Filezilla. I keep getting a permission error. I though that I should add bitnami to group root. But is still doesn't work, I can't write the files. Here is the error. Why can't I write to /etc/ssl????
Command: put "C:\Users\richb201\Downloads\rdsubstantiation_com.crt" "rdsubstantiation_com.crt"
Error: /etc/ssl/rdsubstantiation_com.crt: open for write: permission denied
Error: File transfer failed
Command: put "C:\Users\richb201\Downloads\rdsubstantiation_com.ca-bundle" "rdsubstantiation_com.ca-bundle"
Error: /etc/ssl/rdsubstantiation_com.ca-bundle: open for write: permission denied
