If someone deleted the instance, Lightsail should return an error message or show that the instance was deleted, is that the case? If not, let's try to debug the problem
- Can you share with us the output of this command? This is a Linux command, let us know if you have any problems when running it

NOTE: If you do not have a domain, please use the IP of the instance
- Do you use any Load Balancer or cache system to serve the application? I ask this because if you removed the instance, the 502 error message should be thrown by this service because it can't access the instance's information. If you don't use it, the 502 error message is thrown by the instance and that means that it's running
- Do you have any backup of the instance in the AWS platform?
