Hi @mahanteshiremat, you seem to be using a very old version of the Bitnami Support tool, 0.7.12. Currently 0.8.2 is out and includes some diagnostics we would like to see, such as processes, available memory, etc.
Could you update the tool? When you execute the tool, you should see something like:
An updated version is available. Would you like to download it? You would need to run it manually later. [Y/n]:
If you don't see it, you can manually download it by following these instructions: https://docs.bitnami.com/installer/how-to/understand-bnsupport/#linux
Once updated, could you run it and send us the code again?
Also, we believe this issue could be related to a plugin. Could you try and disable plugins one-by-one, to identify the one causing trouble?
After disabling the plugin, restart Apache and PHP-FPM like this to clear up existing connections:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache; sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart php-fpm
