I may have a hint on what's the cause of the problem. The bnsupport will try to capture the
parse.log file, which means the resulting file will create a file at least as big as this file, and there may not be enough disk space for this new file. Could you please let us know the current free disk space?
sudo df -h /
You could try discarding the contents of the
parse.log in order to remove the verbose logs, and then retry. To do so, let's just stop the service, remove the file and start the service again:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh stop parse
sudo rm -f /opt/bitnami/apps/parse/htdocs/logs/parse.log
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start parse
