Although the process uses to be pretty safe, there is always a chance that something goes wrong. In order to ensure you don't lose any important data in the case that happens, you could create a snapshot of your current instance disk by following these instructions.
Thanks for the troubleshooting! It seems that the Parse logs are taking a lot of space. Could you check the contents of that directory by running this command?:
ls -lah /opt/bitnami/apps/parse/htdocs/logs
Also, could you inspect any of these files and see if the problem is caused by a recurrent error message or something similar? Given that these files would be pretty big, you can inspect the last
n lines of the file by using:
tail -n 100 /opt/bitnami/apps/parse/htdocs/logs/NAME_OF_LOG_FILE
