Description:
I have changed subdomains to sudirectories,
But I am unable to locate the subdirectory.

As its working fine if I am creating subdirectories. but not able to locate the directory?

Can you give more information, what do you mean with locating the directory?

Subdirectory means a seprate wordpress installation .
If I create Login - UAT Jivanmuktas Foundation, then where is the dev directory in file manager.
I am not able to find it?
