I can't manage the repositories

Hello, I try to disable a repository and I do not get a response, the same to activate or deactivate another

Additional info, I have updated moodle 3.8 to 3.10.1

Are you following the Moodle’s documentation to manage the repositories?


We would like to take a look at your logs to see if there is any error related with the repositories there. Could you please execute the Bitnami Support tool on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Please note that you need to paste the code ID that is shown at the end.

The support bundle file was successfully created, but the automatic upload to Bi tnami servers failed. You will need to upload it to your Bitnami Support ticket manually. Please locate the following file in your file browser or in your termi nal: /tmp/bitnami-moodle-info-20210311-232420-11771.zip Exercise caution when up loading the resulting support bundle to public sites as it contains detailed dia gnostic information.

Thanks for the bnsupport bundle. We checked it but I couldn’t see any error message related to this issue. I only see login errors in the Apache logs. Can you check the Moodle documentation and also ask for further help on how to debug it in their official forums? I think someone with more experience using the application will help you better than us on this question.
