It seems you modified the WordPress' permissions and that's why you are getting the 500 errors when accessing your site. You can debug this by accessing the NGINX log file (/opt/bitnami/nginx/logs/error.log), you can see this error now
[error] 1587#0: *58006 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: require_once(/opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-load.php on line 37PHP message: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-config.php' (include_path='.:/opt/bitnami/php/lib/php') in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-load.php on line 37" while reading response header from upstream, client: 126.96.36.199, server: localhost, request: "POST /deleteme.chaq4vvq.php?n=3&m=6 HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/opt/bitnami/php/var/run/www.sock:", host: "www.simpleleafcbd.com"
To solve it, follow our video about how to recover the permissions in the WordPress' install folder
