link not work and disconnection

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

I only through the Google to host my website. I have not hold the machine or server so I cannot run the support Tool in the machine.

We need to get more information about your server and website to try to help you with your issues. If you launched the machine, you should have SSH access. Can you please follow the next guide to SSH connect to your server and then run the bnsupport tool using the guide @davidg shared?

Hi gongomgra,

I follow the step to login Bitami and select the “Virtual Machines” but I select ‘nothing’. It’s display “You do not currently have any Virtual Machines to create one, click New Virtual Machine.

I have following information. Is this can help?

Instance : wordpress-1-vm
Instance zone : us-west2-b
Instance machine type : f1-micro

Thanks for letting us know. I understand you launched your server from the Google Marketplace instead of launching it from the Bitnami Launchpad. If that's your case, you need to follow the next section in the same guide
