I'm not sure how to resolve the following:

The authorization header is missing.
Security
The Authorization header comes from the third-party applications you approve. Without it, those apps cannot connect to your site.

Flush permalinks

Flush permalinks leads to Settings >> Permalinks. I've saved the settings to try and "flush" everything, but the notification remains.

Is this a plugin compatibility issues?
