How to Remove Bitnami Landing Page - AWS

I created an EC2 instance in AWS with Bitnami, and after editing the httpd.conf for apache (opt/bitnami/apache2/config/httpd.conf) and restart the service I’m still getting the Bitnami landing page when I search for my website on the browser.

I edited the ServerName, the DocumentRoot, and the path for the Directory directive (which had the default path for Bitnami htdocs).

Is there any other file I need to edit so this landing page stops showing?

Thanks in advance.

Hi ,
Try this following steps :

How To Remove The Banner?
To remove the banner link to the Bitnami Info page, follow these steps:

Log in to into your server console using SSH and execute the following command. Remember to replace APPNAME with the actual name or directory location of your application.

sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/APPNAME/bnconfig --disable_banner 1
Restart the Web server.

If you’re using Apache, execute the command below:

sudo /opt/bitnami/ restart apache

Thanks for your reply.
Althought, I just figured out what the problem was. One of the two ‘Include’ clauses at the bottom of the httpd.conf file was inserting some configurations for VirtualHost’s that pointed to the htdocs for Bitnami Landing Page. I just commented it.

But thanks for replying so fast!

Have a good day.
