Just to confirm, that would be:
# HTTP server
rewrite ^(.*) https://MYDOMAIN.com$1 permanent;
# HTTPS server
listen 443 ssl;
And this would redirect all traffic directed to server IP -> to the HTTPS version of the site
as well as all traffic to HTTP server -> to the HTTPS?
I'm sorry if these are noob questions, this is my first time dealing with Nginx and I'm a bit sceptical of other resources as Bitnami usually has specific environments (mostly because of more fixes safety I guess).
I'm trying to make sure google does not index the server IP as a separate site.
