How to configure Windows IIS to point to Apache

Hi, I used Bitnami to install RedMine. The issue is the computer that we want to use RedMine on is able to be pinged, but when its IP address is typed in the browser from a different computer, we are not able to connect. This link https://community.bitnami.com/t/install-redmine-with-iis/26941 has the closest description of the issue but no one on the forum posted about how to direct IIS to point to Apache.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
