Unfortunately, RoundCube does not offer any visual administration panel since it's just an e-mail client.

If you prefer, you can use SFTP to upload, modify and delete files, although you won't be able to execute commands. There are programs with user interface for SFTP support, like FileZilla.
For AWS Marketplace images, you must use the private key you chose when creating the instance.
