Hi, can anyone advise on how to upgrade from ResourceSpace 7.9 to 8.0 in Bitnami's Amazon Cloud?
I've followed the instructions to do this via Subversion, but after upgrading to 8.0, the logins no longer seem to work.
Do you have a backup of the stack? Our recommended approach for upgrading the stack is the Upgrade by zip file: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/resourcespace/#how-to-upgrade-resourcespace
In case you do not have a backup, could you let us know which errors appear? Could you provide us with the following log files?
