Hoe do i add stylesheets to Aws Lightsail Magento

thank you for all your help so far, i tried everything you told me on the last emails and this what keeps coming up when i try to clean cache, i added 'Krunal_Core' => 1, ('QrCode_CodeGenerator' => 1,) and this is what spits up when i clean cache (code used):sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs/bin/magento cache:clean

seems like there is a problem with moudle.xml (please see links`):

so i tried to fix it and typed in:
php bin/magento
and this was the results:

I followed every step, here is the list for ssh input i have done after adding file in order:

cd /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs/
sudo su -s /bin/bash daemon
source /opt/bitnami/scripts/setenv.sh
php bin/magento setup:upgrade

please check module.xml or past code here
you have provide exception here it shows that module.xml is not there please make it.

This is link for creating simple module.

I am using the Krunal_Core module for custom css and js.

hope you guys are doing well, so i don't know what the problem is.(I am on developer mode)

Tried to get this figured out by my self and was unable to. Please see below i don't know why this is happening i don't its just based on moudle.xml... i think there must be something else.

Typed in this: sudo /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs/bin/magento deploy:mode:set developer

this came up:

and so on... please see below all the errors:

then i did this:

cd /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs/
sudo su -s /bin/bash daemon

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

and this came up
/opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs$ php bin/magento setup:upgrade

[InvalidArgumentException]
There are no commands defined in the "setup" namespace.

thank you for your help i really appreciated all of it.

I am unable to login to admin panel as i am on developer mode. i have to change it to default mode but the env.php (where i have to change to default is not working its giving me this:

Hi, @ravnarayan13

I think it is due to file permission.
check your mysql connection or server configuration.
It is not due to extension or by flushing the cache.

Honestly i really don't know what this means, is this okay should there be another module? I see that env is loaded, that is where i am trying to change the mode to default.

Also i created this path before (prior to this post) /apps/magento/htdocs/app/design/frontend/Vendor/Theme/Magento_Theme/Layout an am not using it for anything. it was the purpose of creating style sheet but i have gotten a lot of help from you guys and have created this:

Please note that you need to paste the code outputted by the tool in your reply.

These commands is to verify that the certificate's .key file matches with the .crt one, did you generate new certificates during this process? You didn't ask any question about that in all the thread.

First of all, we will check the current permissions of that folder once we receive the support tool information. In order to try to reproduce this, could you please let us know the steps you followed to create the folder and remove it?
