I am working on an AWS production server that holds a bitnami lamp stack with a Joomla! website installation and a Java application in it. The Joomla! website is accessible to the public whereas the Java application is only accessible from 3rd applications.
The problem is that the website's CPU is touching the 100% of its usage every time a user visits a page, and the page load is really slow.
The server we are using is an EC2 m3.large instance on 2.6 GHz and 7 GiB
The server is also configured to use PHP-FPM and mod_pagespeed (enabled) if that helps.
I have read other topics in the forum, but haven't managed to solve the problem yet.
Any help in the right direction would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
