Hi @joel_moya1387,

Thank you for using Bitnami.

Could you please let us know where you launch the solution? Did you use a native installer?

Deploy the bitnami-tomcat-8.5.34-0-linux-debian-9-x86_64.ovf Application

Hi @joel_moya1387,

The manager site is configured to be only accessible through localhost. In your case, you can comment the line that sets from where you can connect and then restart Tomcat to access the manager externally.

  • In the /opt/bitnami/apache-tomcat/webapps/manager/META-INF/context.xml file, comment this line
  <Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.RemoteAddrValve"
          allow="127\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+|::1|0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1" />
  • Restart Tomcat
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart tomcat

Access the manager by accessing /manager in your browser and use manager and the password that we configure at boot time to access the application.
