Not able to log in to Bitnami Suppport's Help Desk (https://helpdesk.bitnami.com). When requesting password reset and visiting the webpage at the the link provided in the response email which is intended to enable entry of a new password, the form does accept a submission-- no response to clicks on the blue "Set password" button.
Had to share a Bitnami Support Tool code and apache log segment on a public form page since private support is not available, even to paying customers.
