Regarding to your case:
The ruby stack comes with a nginx server, but it's turned off by default.
You have a
ctlcript.sh in the
/opt/bitnami/ folder where you can activate it.
./ctlscript.sh --help to see how to start and stop the services.
Then, if you want to deploy an application with the puma server and a nginx as a proxy reverse you should install the puma gem (adding that gem to your
Gemfile) and modifying the configuration file of nginx to make a proxy reverse pointing to the internal socket file of puma.
