Guacad crash issue

Description:
i, guacd crashed and I ask the following (crash time about 23/10/2020 from 09.00AM to 01.00PM GMT+1):
1- How I can know why guacd crashed, inside /opt/bitnami/guacamole-server/logs/guacd.log there not nothing about the crash and all entry are only "Info" type.
2 - How to do for having the time in all entry inside the /opt/bitnami/guacamole-server/logs/guacd.log?
Example :
this is now:
guacd[25733]: INFO: Loading keymap "en-us-qwerty"
this is what I would:
Oct 24 03:38:01 guacd[25733]: INFO: Loading keymap "en-us-qwerty"

Can you let me the troubleshooting best practices about guacd's crash?

After VM restarting Guacd works, but I don't know why and when it crashed.
Can you help me?

Hi, for checking guacd issues on Bitnami stack, I ask if it is right the following actions:
1. Guacd crashes and inside /var/log/syslog there is not any information about the guacd’s crash.
2. Edit the file /root/.nami/registry.json
3. In the section “com.bitnami.guacamole-server”, changing the text "logLevel": "info", into "logLevel": "debug",
4. Reboot the VM with the Bitnami stack.
5. To wait about a new guacd’s crash.
6. Check the guacd entries in /var/log/syslog.

Hi @serverprogetti,

Is there any useful information in the Tomcat's log file (/opt/bitnami/apache-tomcat/logs/catalina.out)? According to the documentation, you can change the logging information using this file (/opt/bitnami/guacamole/webroot/WEB-INF/classes/logback.xml).

Remember that you will need to restart all the services for the changes to take effect.
