Been wrecking my brains for the past 24 hrs. I have a WP hosted on GCP instance on bitnami nginx Stack. Wordpress is not able to send email from contact form.
What I did:
1. As per Google docs, only 3 mail partners are approved for use as SMTP relay. I am using Mailjet, followed every step/ word for word, still NO GO.
Tutorial followed: https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/tutorials/sending-mail/using-mailjet
Also followed the basic config for the fqdn listed in the Jetmail documentation.
- DNS > good
- MX > good
- SPf > good
- DKIM > good
As per docs> Look in your systems logs for a status line containing status and the successful server response code (250):
Checked the test log: sudo tail -n 5 /var/log/syslog this is the following output as success.

I am lost. Any help/pointers would be much appreciated. If you need any further details or logs, please let me know.
