Your Ruby Stack is excellent, and it has helped me many times over. However, as my applications mature, it becomes more and more difficult to use the stack to upgrade my environment. That's probably compounded because I use Windows 10, meaning that I don't have a real package manager. That means that I have to do a full install. That not only changes my naming convention, but also means that I lose all the GEM's that I've installed. My last upgrade resulted in an issue where my GEM's path was incorrect, causing no end of problems.
If I convert to UNIX, and I have that running in another system, that still means that I will install your stack once and then just use the package manager for upgrades.
I'd really like an easier method to maintain my system in a current state. Do you have any ideas?
