bndiagnostic failure reason: The tool could not find any issue

Description:
I am getting an error when testing the logstash access-log-conf file.
The error is on line
match => [ “timestamp” , “dd/MMM/yyyy:HH:mm:ss Z” ]

I am informed that after match => [ " it expected one of [ \t\r\n], “#”, “{”, “}”

I have run the diagnostic tool but not sure of it picked up the error

Fixed it by creating the file locally and SFTP to ELK stack. It appears creating using nano was causing some character issue
