Getting error creating new order while generating the certificates

we haven't reach the limi of certificates but getting above error message while creating new cert, need a quick response please

Hi @supraja,

That error means you have created too many certificates for that domain. The rate limit is a maximum of 10 Accounts per IP Address per 3 hours. It should be possible to issue a new certificate after that period.
