Get an error when try to save any change in WordPress

Description:
I’m using Bitnami MS Wordprees. when I click on save changes in theme option, It keeps going on and on and on then I get this message:

“There was a problem with your action”

I have contacted the theme developer \nd they said" This issue only appear due to yoru server issue please check attached video. Its showing database establish issue. So all the issue. Is coming form your server please check it and solve it or ask AWS experts to help you in this matter."

The database is crashing after clicking Save button and hele the dadabase log:

Hi @asubaie,

There is not any error with the database and you can test the connection by running the mysql command

mysql -u bn_wordpress -p bitnami_wordpress

Note: you can take the password from the wp-config.php file

Please contact the plugin’s or WordPress’ developers again to get more information about the issue.

You are getting a timeout error, how do you know it’s a problem with the database? Please take a look at the Apache’s log file to get more information about the error
